THERE IS A SWITCH INSIDE THE PEDAL THAT NEEDS TO BE FLIPPED TO THE “SPLIT” POSITION TO USE IT THIS WAY. REMOVE THE FOUR SCREWS FROM THE BACK PANEL AND FLIP THE SWITCH TO THE SPLIT POSITION.

Can I change the start up state of my switches
YES - ADJUSTABLE INITIAL START-UP STATE - EACH SWITCH CAN BE ADJUSTED TO BE “ON” AT START-UP OR “OFF” AT START-UP BY HOLDING DOWN THE SWITCH FOR 10 SECONDS WHILE PLUGGING THE PEDAL INTO POWER.
Why is the right side output lower than the left side?
The Carbon X was designed to work as a stackable pedal. The reason for the lower output is simply because the left side of the pedal has all of the output needed, and the right side is designed to stack into it without blowing up an amp. This isn't your typical 2 pedals in one enclosure type situation, it was purposefully designed that way.
